Currently, we can only ship within the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. Furniture ships by truck delivery or UPS.Furniture is limited to curbside delivery only. If the shipment is by truck, the company will call to make delivery arrangements and someone must be home to inspect and sign for the package(s). All damages must be noted on the frieght bill. All furniture orders ship within 2 to 5 weeks based on availability.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Purchases must be returned within 7 days from receipt.
1) Please open and inspect all items upon receipt. Any
damages must be reported within 48 hours.
2) Please enclose a copy of the original invoice stating
the reason for return.
3) Returned products MUST be in new and unused condition
and in their original box with all the documentation,
parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and
Unused" means saleable condition, not used, not dirty
and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item
with any indications that it has been used. All refunds
& exchanges are subject to the final approval of our
Customer Service Department.
4) Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping
fees will not be refunded. For your protection, you may
wish to insure the package when you mail or ship it
back to us. Closic's is not responsible for the loss of
or damage to any returned merchandise.
5) Certain items will have a restocking fee deducted from
the refund or credit. All items being returned must
have a RAN on the mailing label.
6) Items returned that were offered with Free Shipping,
will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the
refund amount. This is in addition to the regular
return policy.
7) For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses/pads, etc.
cannot be returned once opened.
8) Items such as furniture, bedding, linens and accessories which are special orders directly from the manufacturer are not returnable.
To make a return at Closic's, please follow these steps:
1) Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by emailing:
info@closicsfurniture.com with the following:
(a) Your first & last name
(b) Your original order number
(c) Item number or product name
(d) Reason for Return.
2) Properly package up your item(s) for safe shipping.For
your protection, we recommend using a shipping service
where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure
proper return delivery. Closic's is not responsible for
lost or damaged returns.
3) Please allow us up to 10 business days once we have
received your return to process and issue your refund.
All refunds will be for the purchase price of the
product only.
4) Items purchased online may not be returned to the store.
