Opened in 1971, Closic’s is a family owned business, offering specialty items for babies, toddlers and young adults. Whether you are an experienced parent or expecting your first baby, Closic's can offer you up to date information and advice on all the options and safest quality products available. We like to listen to our customers and provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for you to talk to our staff about any concerns you may have. That includes comfortable chairs for you to sit in–a must for Moms and Dads-to-be! If we do not have anything you like onsite, we can check immediately to make sure that the items you require are available on special order. Selection and service are our top priorities. In our 14,000 Sq. ft building we have two floors of showroom space with an attached warehouse opening to our parking lot, making pick ups much easier. Our first floor is dedicated to the Nursery. We showcase cribs, dressers, rockers and gliders along with a comprehensive selection of accessories. Need a toybox, bedding, or wall decorations? Everything is displayed for your choice. The nursery sets are grouped in themes so you can get a good idea of what your nursery at home will looked like. We can even supply table and chair sets and lamps. You need it, we have thought of it. We also have some nifty answers for morning sickness! Our second floor is geared towards children and young adults. Beds in every shape and size-bunks, lofts, chestbeds and all co-ordinating dressers and desks. Looking for a customer finish for your furniture? We can offer that too, along with a choice of fabrics for chairs. You can design a one of a kind bedding set while you relax in the customer lounge where cookies are served daily. Closic’s has recently created a unique custom design service. A one-on-one appointment in our store or at your home, ensures our customers a room designed for individual need and budget. Can’t pick up the items yourself? We can provide delivery and set-up for a charge based on the distance to your home. All prices listed on this website are in US Dollars, and all charges will be processed in US Dollars. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES - Delivery estimates are based on shipping time plus order processing time. Regular, Unexpedited orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Regular ground shipping via USPS or FedEx Ground can take anywhere from 1-9 days depending on how comprehensive delivery services are in your area. Remote areas can expect longer delivery times than major urban centers. 2-Day and 3-Day shipping times are based on orders being shipped the business day after they are processed. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered normal delivery days. Saturday Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. If Overnight Delivery is desired, it is recommended that you call 302-764-7787 after placing your order to ensure same-day processing. After Hours, please leave a message. We check messages each morning. Overnight Delivery may not be possible for orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time. SHIPPING - Item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they are processed and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. For your convenience, we offer FedEx Ground, 2nd and 3rd day delivery services. The cost of your shipment is dependent upon the delivery option chosen, as well as the weight, dimensions and value of the items purchased. A signature is required for all deliveries. The Delivery Signature cannot be waived, and we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a package is found undeliverable due to the actions of the purchaser (negligence in communicating with delivery service, incorrect address, suite number or phone number), the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address. The purchaser is also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture for exchanges and/or edited orders. Expedited delivery services may not be available for larger, bulky items. Please report any and all shipping damages to Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture immediately. All packaging and packing materials must be retained. Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture cannot be held responsible for shipping damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the delivery service for any and all shipping damages. HEAVY OR BULKY ITEMS - Larger, heavier items such as furniture or strollers may be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee beyond those provided by the website to cover extra shipping or freight costs. Items weighing over 150lbs will not be charged shipping by the website, but the purchaser should expect to be contacted by a member of the Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture staff with the shipping total. Please keep in mind that freight costs for furniture can be hundreds of dollars. Customers in the Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland area can arrange for in-home delivery and set-up of their furniture for an additional fee. Contact 302-764-7787 for arrangements. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - The owner and staff of Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture want you to be happy with your purchases and your shopping experience. In the event that you are unsatisfied with an item and would like to return or exchange it, it must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 10 business days of delivery. Sale or closeout items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Furniture, custom and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Manufacturer defective items are repaired or replaced. Items purchased in our store cannot be returned or exchanged online. Prices may occasionally vary between our store and website. Web prices are for online purchases only, and cannot be guaranteed in-store. Please call or email our customer service department at info@closicsfurniture.com with your order number, item description and reason for the return or exchange. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be written on the outside of the return shipping container. Returned packages without any RAN will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are for store credit only. Refunds can only be offered in the case that an item is found to be a manufacturer defect and no suitable replacement can be obtained. All return packages must be sent via UPS, FedEx or Registered mail. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by delivery services, and recommend that you insure all deliveries for the value of the item. Furniture, custom and special orders are not returnable. Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture will expedite your order(s), however supplier's delivery times are approximate, therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations. Items purchased in our store cannot be returned online. Items purchased online may be exchanged in store. In addition, some items are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, items ordered together may not necessarily arrive together. This will not affect your shipping charges. You will be notified by phone or email if there are any shipping delays. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items. Special orders are items that are tailored to customers’ specifications or items offered by our suppliers not normally stocked or carried in our store. Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are out of stock. Suppliers’ delivery times are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation. On occasion, items advertised on Closicsbaby2teen.com are found to be discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In that event, you will be contacted by an employee of Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture either via email or telephone and notified. Closic's Baby and Teen Furniture will assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and the rest of your order will be shipped accordingly. |
